In 1989, Mirage presented Wings, a production inspired by the natural grace and power of birds, brought to life by acclaimed Trinidadian designer Wayne Berkeley. The portrayal captured the imagination and helped define a landmark era for Mirage Productions, earning the Band of the Year title, along with King, Queen, and Junior Queen of the Band.
Forty years later, we return to that iconic legacy. Inspired by the original Peacock section, Rawle Permanand’s redesign breathes new life into the concept, transforming it into a modern celebration of confidence, beauty, and evolution.
This section represents the journey of Mirage itself: rooted in vision, elevated by time, and always bold enough to spread its wings.
